  • Applicant management & processes

    Structured processing and review of applications, including status management and preliminary review of documents/creditworthiness according to specifications. Preparation of decisions for owners and seamless coordination with the administration as a basis for drawing up rental agreements.

  • Reporting & performance review

    Regular reports on the current occupancy rate, supplemented by evaluations and specific recommendations for the targeted use of marketing measures.

  • Handover & completion

    Organisation of handovers and coordination with the administration/owner for a seamless start to the tenancy.
